The frequency of how often we speak will depend on your current health, the complexity and what you want to achieve, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. I will advise on the level of support once I have a full picture of your symptoms.

Each package offers a different level of support — from a gentle Reset (Reboot), to deeper healing and nourishment (Nourish), and a complete health transformation (Transform). The best fit will depend on your symptoms, their complexity, and whether they’re more acute or long-standing. We can discuss which option suits you best during a free discovery call.

My approach is meant to work hand in hand with your existing medical care. I’m always happy to collaborate with your GP or specialist to create an integrated, well-rounded plan for your health.I can also recommend other trusted practitioners to enhance your wellness journey.

After your consultation, your personalized protocol will be ready within 5 business days. This time will allow a thorough review for your case, I will analyse the information provided, conduct any necessary investigations, and research the specific nutrients and strategies best suited for your needs. Once complete, your protocol will be sent directly to you via email, ensuring you have all the tools and guidance you need to move forward on your health journey.

I work with trusted laboratories and offer a variety of functional tests. However, I only provide test interpretation as part of a support package — not within a single initial consultation. This ensures that I have a complete understanding of your case from the initial consultation, allowing me to recommend the most appropriate (and cost-effective) tests for you.

Within my packages, I guide you through how to prepare properly for your test to avoid inaccurate results and then interpret your results in context, creating a fully personalised programme to address any imbalances we identify.

I see clients via video call. However, if you live locally and prefer to see me face-to-face, I can see clients in  Fulham, London.

I will require you to complete a 3-day food , symptom diary and health questionnaire, so I can assess this ahead of your consultation.

Your nutrition consultation, is expected to be paid via bank transfer 3 weeks ahead of the consultation.

After receiving your payment to secure your appointment, I will send you a confirmation and will be in touch to arrange your consultation plus share your food diary and health form to complete.

Yes, I work with people globally and run all the sessions via video call.

Recommended tests are not included in the prices. However, I will always try to facilitate necessary testing via your GP first before recommending further private tests. 

Unfortunately not. As a Naturopath, to understand your current health issues and to support you to implement the food and lifestyle changes needed to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, we will need to work together over a period of time.

In my experience , clients achieve the best outcomes when supported over an extended period of time.
